Latest update from Microsoft: most services are back online, we will keep the major incident open until Microsoft confirms that are services are up and running.

User Impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 services.

More info: Any service that leverages Azure Active Directory (AAD) may be affected.

While we’re focused on remediating all residual impact as soon as possible, some users may continue to experience the following:
Microsoft Teams: Users may notice message delivery delays. Users may also notice issues when searching for contacts.
Intune: Users may notice impact to end-to-end service delivery.
PowerBI: Users may be unable to refresh or load data flows, access settings, or leverage AAD.
Office Licensing: Users may be unable to acquire, redeem, or retrieve a license for their Microsoft 365 applications.
Office Web Applications: We’re working to confirm mitigation.
Outlook.com: We're working to confirm mitigation.
Exchange Online: We're working to confirm mitigation.
Microsoft Forms: Recovered.
SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business: Recovered.
Yammer: Recovered.
Admin portal: Recovered.
Microsoft Streams: Recovered.

Current status: We're continuing to see multiple Microsoft 365 services return to healthy availability. We're addressing the delays in resolving the residual impact that is present for a subset of the impacted Microsoft 365 services. Service specific updates will continue to be provided under the "More Info" section.

User Impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 services.

Specifically, users may notice the following impacts per service:
Microsoft Teams: Users may notice message delivery delays. Users may also notice issues when searching for contacts. Furthermore, Live Events may be impacted.
Exchange Online: Users may be unable to access their mailboxes via REST.
Intune: Users may notice general service degradation.
Outlook.com: We're working to confirm mitigation.
Microsoft Forms: We're working to confirm mitigation.
Yammer: We've confirmed that the issue has been mitigated.
Admin portal: We've confirmed that the issue has been mitigated.

Additionally, users may be unable to acquire, redeem, or retrieve a license for their Microsoft 365 applications via Office Licensing and other Office products.

Current status: We're continuing to take actions to mitigate the remaining impact for all Microsoft 365 services. We've confirmed that users will see impact resolution as our remediation actions are completed.

Update
While service health has improved and many users are no longer experiencing problems, we’re taking further steps to identify and remediate isolated residual impact for all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange services, SharePoint Online, Outlook.com, and the admin portal. In parallel, we're continuing our monitoring actions while the service returns to healthy levels.

The update has finished its deployment to all impacted regions. Microsoft 365 services continue the process of recovery and are showing decreasing error rates in telemetry. We’ll continue to monitor service health as availability is restored.

At this time, MSU Denver is experiencing an UNPLANNED service OUTAGE impacting Office 365. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We anticipate a status update on this issue in the next 15 minutes.
