After observing stable network performance and reliable connections, Information Technology Services has determined that last week's fixes have resolved all report issues.

ITS has determined the cause of the intermittent wireless network performance across campus. We will complete the resolution between 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM this evening. Please continue to use AurariaNet Guest in the meantime.

Monitoring

ITS has replaced suspect network hardware and the environment has stabilized with consistent access and high performance. Network engineers will continue to monitor into Tuesday as the campus population increases through the morning hours.

MSU Devner Secure Wi-fi and AurariaNet will be down between 5:30 and 6:00 PM to address a known issue. Please use AurariaNet Guest
during this time. We will provide an update after testing has been completed.

Connecting to the wireless network may take longer than usual, and users may experience slow speeds, connection drops, or error messages indicating a loss of internet access. The ITS team is actively investigating and working to resolve the problem. These issues are more commonly observed on mobile devices than on client systems
